Download and updates
Get the latest macOS build from the Pudding releases page. Packaged builds check for updates automatically and wait for you to restart before installing them.
Why does Pudding ask for Gmail access?
Gmail is an optional Pudding connection. If you enable it, Pudding requests gmail.readonly so it can find and read messages when you ask. Pudding cannot send, edit, or delete email with this permission.
How do I disconnect Gmail?
- Remove the Gmail connection inside Pudding.
- Open Google Account permissions.
- Select Pudding and revoke access.
For local data removal, follow the data deletion guide.
OAuth connection problems
Confirm that you selected the intended account and repositories, accepted only the permissions you want, and returned to the Pudding app after authorization. If the callback does not complete, close the authorization tab and start the connection again from Pudding.
